Traditionally Barbie was always thought to be blonde but how times have changed. There are now stacks of Barbie dolls with black hair on the market. I have to say Barbie looks stunning with long or short black hair.
My little girl absolutely loves Barbie doll playsets and recently I bought one for her 4th Birthday featuring blonde and dark hair Barbies. She told me the one with the black hair was her favorite!

There is normally one of these released every year, coming up to Christmas or on a special occasion. Some of my favorites are shown below including one with curly hair! She is dressed in a stunning gold ballgown fit for a Queen! This would be an awesome doll to add to your collection.

Amelia has loved Barbie doll playsets since she was little so I would definitely recommend them as toys 3 years old girl.
Barbie Chelsea Dolls With Black Hair
The Barbie Chelsea collection is brilliant for younger girls! I especially love the playsets on offer. It can be difficult to find Barbie dolls with black hair from this collection; in fact I never see them in my local toy store. Fortunately I have found some great ones below.
I think these are much smaller to hold and are better for younger girls. My 4 year old preferred these initially before she went on to like the much taller Barbies.
I love the playset with swings. You can put your Chelsea Barbie with black hair in this or any other small figure you have. Sometimes my little girls likes to use these for her Sylvanian families. You can do the same with the horse or the other sets too.

Fashionista Barbie Dolls With Black Hair
The Fashionista range are must buy! Not only do the dolls look fabulous, they are also very affordable. There are so many different ones to choose from. I always like to go for a selection of different looking Barbies so that you do not have two the same!
